Home Cancellation Policy

Home Furniture Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may ONLY cancelled by sending an email to nkantor@kantors.com with "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. You must include you Name order number and reason for the order cancellation
  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours with no cancellation penalty
  • Orders canceled after 48 hours and prior to delivery are subject to a thirty percent cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from your purchase when credited to your account.
  • Orders canceled after delivery are subject to a thirty percent Fee plus delivery and pick-up charges .
  • Kantors.com uses only high resolution pictures for product accuracy. Colors and Finishes may vary depending on your screen resolution. All items on Kantors.com include measurements. Please verify furniture dimensions before making a purchase. We are not responsible for furniture unable to fit in your home.
